Sales Underway at New Bay Area Res Community

Sales have started for a Village Walk, a new NoCal residential community. The project, a collection of 15 new Craftsmen-style townhomes in the Bay Area city of Belmont, was developed by Regis Homes Bay Area LLC, a division of Sares Regis Group of Northern California.

The all-electric, energy-efficient homes at Village Walk feature solar panels on the roof, smart Nest thermostats, dedicated circuits for electric vehicle charging in each private garage, and sleek Bosch electric appliances. Residents will appreciate the style and luxury included in these Village Walk homes, with timeless Shaker-style cabinets, quartz countertops, designer tile accents, and rich hardwood floors.

In addition to efficiency, residents at Village Walk will enjoy the convenience of walking to Downtown Belmont, including bus and rail transportation options at the Belmont Caltrain station, the beautiful Twin Pines Park, and essential local services, including nearby dining options and a Safeway. The many attractive shops and restaurants along Laurel Street in Downtown San Carlos are a bike ride from Village Walk, and SFO can be reached in 15 minutes by car.
