Visions In Education paid $6.7 mil for a 63.4k sf, Class A office building in Gold River (Sacramento), CA for its new office headquarters. Visions In Education is an online high school and TK-8 home school provider.
The two-story building, located at 11931 Foundation Place within Gold Pointe Corporate Cente, features great freeway visibility and accessibility from Hwy 50, providing regional convenience. It is also located close to Light Rail and Shuttle Service. Additional features include high quality finishes, abundant parking, and controlled access. The property was vacant at the time of sale.
Visions In Education, which is currently headquartered in nearby Carmichael, anticipates to move into the building sometime during Summer 2024, where it will have 150 employees working, and increasing to as many as 200 on staff and teacher training days. The school will only be using the building for its administrative and training purposes and not public classes.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Kris Kalmbach represented the buyer. Cushman & Wakefield’s Kevin Partington repped the seller, Rpro152n3 LLC, in the transaction.
