NoCal Warehouse Building Lands $30 Mil Refi Loan

Nearon Enterprises has secured $30 mil in refinancing for the Dixon Commerce Center, a 447k sf warehouse building in Dixon, a NoCal city roughly 25 miles southwest of Sacramento.

Located at 2299 Commerce Way, the building was built in two phases, one in 1997 and the second in 2007. The property is situated on 29.79 acres and was renovated in 2019. The single-tenant building features 27.5'- 32' clear heights, 30 dock doors and two (2) grade-level doors with ample parking.

The center has excellent access to California State Route 113 and Interstate 80. Specific to the State occupancy, the property is located close (23 miles) to the State Capitol and major transportation corridors.

Shaun Moothart, Bruce Francis, Doug Birrell, Bob Ybarra, Nick Santangelo and Jim Korinek with CBRE Capital Markets Debt and Structured Finance team secured the fixed-interest rate, non-recourse loan through a large regional bank.
