Creekside Plaza Office Park, a three building, 227.8k sf Class A multi-tenant office campus plus a development site in San Leandro, was acquired by an unnamed institutional investor. The price was not given out.
Built in phases between 2002-2010, Creekside Plaza is one of the newest Class A, BART-oriented office campuses in Alameda County and has maintained an average historical occupancy of 98%. Owned by the original developers for the past 20+ years, this was the first time Creekside Plaza was ever marketed for sale.
Creekside Plaza Office Park is a strong-performing Class A office campus at the highly visible corner of San Leandro Blvd and Davis St and directly across the street from San Leandro’s BART station. The property is walkable to downtown San Leandro and several retail, shopping and dining amenities. The location also provides convenient commuter access that is less than a 15-minute BART ride from Oakland CBD and less than 25 minutes from San Francisco, Berkeley, Fremont, and Dublin.
