In a quick Bay Area sales brief, Lane Partners purchased a 70k sf, multi-tenant industrial facility for $22 mil, or $314/sf. The property, located on 2.85 acres at 275 S. Maple St, was sold by a private investment group.
We’re told the buyer intends to eventually redevelop the asset into life science space, underscoring the growing need for this type of space. The sale closed escrow on Dec 16, 2021.
Lane Partners was repped by Dan Matteucci and Ben Stern with Newmark in the transaction. The seller was represented by Mike Davis, Nick Mascheroni, Mark Maguire and Justin Smutko with Colliers.
