Valley Creative Center, a six-building R&D/office campus totaling 166.9k sf of space in north San Jose, sold for $56 mil ($335/sf). Redwood City-based Dollinger Properties purchased the asset from Vista Investment Group.
Valley Creative Center is located at 2235-2249 Zanker Rd, 2340-2390 Bering Dr and 225-245 Charcot Ave. The property recently completed new exterior façade upgrades, and features grade loading and ample parking. The complex is close to the 101, 880 and 87 freeways and within minutes of the San Jose International Airport and Downtown San Jose. It is also walking distance to Light Rail Station and restaurants and retail amenities.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Alan Guterman, Jon DeCoite, Steve Horton, and Kelly Yoder represented Dollinger Properties in the acquisition and have also been retained by the buyer for project leasing.
