Brilliant Earth, a leading global retailer of ethically sourced bridal and fine jewelry, has taken the entire third floor at 300 Grant, a new office/retail development in San Francisco’s Union Square. Brilliant Earth will use the space as its flagship showroom in San Francisco, its origin city.
300 Grant is owned and developed by a joint venture of Artha Capital, based in Mexico City, and Zeno Capital, based in London. The venture, which has owned the site since 2017, broke ground on the building in 2018 and completed construction in fall of 2020.
Located at the corner of Sutter St and Grant Ave, 300 Grant is a prestigious new LEED Gold mixed-use building totaling 70k sf and featuring four levels of high street retail space and three levels of Class A creative office space. The building is located in the heart of the Union Square Retail District and just steps away from the Financial District and Chinatown’s famed Dragon Gate.
Brilliant Earth‘s new larger showroom at 300 Grant features six personal appointment stations plus an extended browsing area for customers. The space is bright and fresh with large windows complementing the white marble display cases, champagne metal trim, porcelain tile, and light wood finishes. It also overlooks Grant Ave, San Francisco’s premier luxury street.
Brilliant Earth will be joining other retail tenants in the building, including Arc’teryx, a lease that was signed in late 2020. Brilliant Earth has additional showrooms serving key markets including Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, Portland, San Diego, Seattle and Washington D.C.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Kazuko Morgan represented the landlord and tenant in the transaction. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
