Mike Moran has joined the Palo Alto office of CBRE as Vice Chairman. Moran will focus on office and life science leasing for institutional investor clients across the San Francisco Peninsula.

Moran previously spent 25 years at Cushman and Wakefield and its predecessor entities on the San Francisco Peninsula. He most recently served as Executive Managing Director and before that, was the firm’s Western National Agency Practice Group leader. He has completed over $17 bil in transactions totaling more than 20 msf across both the office and life sciences sectors for clients including PGIM, Northwestern, Kilroy Realty, Phase 3, Hudson Pacific, Longfellow, Starwood Capital, Beacon Capital and Blackstone.
