Ken Reiff, SIOR has joined Kidder Mathews as an executive vice president in Sacramento. Reiff brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in distribution warehouse space and food processing facilities. At his prior firms, he served as managing director, a member of the industrial executive board, and led the national land advisory and the food and beverage advisory groups.
Throughout his career, Reiff has represented regional, national, and international corporations, as well as some of the largest food manufacturers in Northern California. His expertise includes lease and sale negotiations, strategic planning, site selection, and development, as well as logistics for distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and food-grade facilities.
Reiff has extensive experience in REO sales, completing more than 110 transactions representing 33 financial institutions, as well as trustees in Federal Bankruptcy Court. He is considered an expert at evaluating and selling petroleum-related real estate and is called upon by owners, lenders, attorneys, and CPAs for his services. He has also spoken as an expert at the Appraisal Institute.
In addition, Reiff has earned the prestigious SIOR designation by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors®, demonstrating his commitment to excellence, education, and ethical practices in commercial real estate.
