The Northern California chapter of Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR) has named its board for 2023.
Michael Carrigg, SIOR, Colliers/Pleasanton, will serve as the chapter’s president for the year; Ethan Smith, SIOR, Newmark Pearson Commercial, will serve as the vice president/incoming president; David Buchholz, SIOR, Colliers/San Jose, is the chapter secretary; Alex Hoeck, Colliers/Stockton, is the chapter treasurer; Kyle Portal, Colliers/San Jose, is the chapter member at large and Tom Tyer, SIOR, Colliers International/Sacramento, is the chapter membership/admissions chair. Mike McCarthy, SIOR, Transwestern/San Francisco, is the past president/adviser.
