Bruce D. Carlson: Bruce D. Carlson has joined Legacy Partners Residential as Senior Vice President and Partner, where he’ll be responsible for development and acquisitions of multifamily and mixed-use properties in Arizona and Nevada. In addition, he will be initiating joint ventures and acquisitions in the shopping center industry on behalf of Legacy Partners.
Carlson has over 20 years of professional experience in commercial real estate and development. In 2000, he founded Radius Development, a commercial real estate development company focused on turning underutilized assets into strong performers. He was responsible for overseeing every step of the development and project management process and was involved in the development of over one million square feet of retail, office and industrial projects. His clients have included Sears, Costco, Orvis, Converse, Cost Plus, The North Face, Pets.com and Century Theaters.
Previously, Carlson was a commercial real estate broker. His industry experience includes transactional deal structuring, purchase, sale, lease, and public and private negotiations in land, investments and leasing. During his brokerage career, Carlson negotiated approximately $500 mil and over 3 msf in investment, sales and lease transactions.
As Vice President at CB Richard Ellis, Carlson specialized in shopping centers and retail transactions throughout the West and was one of their top producers. Projects included Santana Row in Northern California and the Uptown Shopping Center in Oregon. He began his career as a commercial broker at Cushman and Wakefield, earning "Rookie of the Year" in 1984.
Elizabeth Davis/Kelly Dippel: Elizabeth Davis and Kelly Dippel have joined the Silicon Valley office of Studley. Davis, with more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience, has been named an Associate Director. Prior to joining Studley, she was a leasing and investment sales broker with Ritchie Commercial, focusing on office and R&D space in the South Bay. Before that, she managed property for large institutional owners, including Hines and Equity Office Properties Trust, where she was responsible for tenant relations and retention; contracted services; and daily operations. Davis also served as a regional real estate manager for a telecommunications firm, overseeing the construction of building-based data infrastructures in key locations along the west coast.
Dippel joins Studley as an Assistant Director, focused on the office’s corporate services platform. Her areas of expertise include client relationship development, project management and account services. Dippel has 15 years of professional experience in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries and was also a successful small business owner.
Nancy J. Anderson: Nancy J. Anderson, a 15-year veteran, has joined the Santa Rosa office of Colliers International as Property Manager, specializing in business development. Anderson comes to Colliers International from Basin Street Properties, where she served as Director of Property Management out of the company’s Petaluma HQ. At Basin Street, Anderson managed over 2.5 msf of Class A office, retail and research and development properties.
