SUMMARY

• Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, FedEx, UPS and faxes
• Process invoices for payment, including coding and input – SAP Accounting
• Maintain office environment

• Attend staff and project meetings; includes organization of agenda and minutes

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment; a “can-do” attitude is essential
• Position requires a self-starter who requires a minimum of supervision
• Knowledge of computer systems principles and procedures, including knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and other relevant software. (SAP, Power Point and Project a plus)
• Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments, and simultaneously coordinate multiple tasks
• Excellent interpersonal skills

The position has a salary range of $38,000 to $42,000 per year.
