In a recent office lease from the Bay Area city of Napa, UBS took 4k sf of space on the top floor of Napa Square, a Class A, mixed-use multi-tenant office and retail building. UBS, a leading global wealth manager, will be relocating its branch office to downtown Napa in early fall 2025.
Napa Square is located at 1455 First St. The three-story, LEED-certified building features high ceilings, views from the third floor, in-building parking, central HVAC, onsite professional management, and amenities. There are also garage and street parking options nearby.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Joe Fischer and Margaret Duskin represented the landlord, JOSS Realty Partners, in the transaction. UBS was represented by Drew Soltis and Trevor Buck of Cushman & Wakefield.
“We are delighted to welcome UBS as a high-quality company to Napa Square, adding to our roster of strong and financial services tenants.
“Napa Square provides an exceptional location, and the company’s move into Napa’s core gives their clients and customers direct access to two restaurants onsite while also walkable to the many surrounding amenities offered in downtown and nearby, including restaurants, hotels, shopping, world famous wine venues, parks, and more,” noted Fischer. “UBS’s third floor deck also provides great views of the area.”
According to Duskin, Napa Square is primarily focused on professional firms and financial services companies. Current available spaces range from 2k sf on the second floor to as much as 12k sf on the third floor. Depending on the selection, the suites may include private offices, meeting/conference rooms, lobby areas, and more.
