Terry Bell and Joe Elliott have joined CBRE, out of the firm’s Silicon Valley office. The duo specializes in leasing office, R&D, and industrial properties globally.
Bell and Elliott join from Colliers. Notable clients include Nutanix, Driscoll’s, Infoblox, and Barco, among others.
Bell leads the team’s global and national leasing efforts and is the primary client relationship manager. Terry balances client needs with team capacity, ensuring effective and efficient portfolio management.
Elliott manages the team’s real estate strategy, financial planning, and execution. He brings extensive experience in construction, helping clients understand real estate, tenant improvement and building fit-up costs.
