The City of San Francisco recently inked a long-term lease for 98k sf of industrial space in San Francisco. The agency will use the space, located at 2177 Jerold Ave, for the Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing.
The property, located on a 2.25-acre site, encompasses two building structures totaling 24.5k sf and 79.6k sf of secure yard space. Its strategic location provides easy access to Hwy 101 and I-280, positioning it as a logistical hub just 10 minutes away from San Francisco Airport and five minutes from downtown San Francisco.
Mark Geisreiter, Aaron Gillespie and Seth McKinnon with Newmark represented the landlord, LB Stone Properties Group.
