Stanford University has awarded a 14-building, 1.1 msf office portfolio in addition to a 7 msf NNN ground lease portfolio to Cushman & Wakefield’s Northern California Asset Services team. The properties are located in one of the world’s cutting-edge business parks — Stanford Research Park (SRP) in Palo Alto.
Affiliated with Stanford University since 1951, the park is in the heart of Silicon Valley’s research & development activity and is comprised of 700 acres real estate perfect for innovation. Home to over 150 companies, including a thriving bioscience community located in its Life Science District, SRP is an innovation hub.
The Asset Services' Northern California team is led by Marsha Ramsey, Senior Managing Director, and includes Trude Hursh and Chris Narayan (TQC), Phil Blair (Controller), Jason Jacobson (PDS), Rachel Schiftan (ESS), and the firm’s on-site team led by Alissa Lee.
