A Laxmi Hospitality LLC affiliate closed on a South San Francisco hotel buy, paying about $31 mil for La Quinta by Wyndham Hotel, a 170-room ($182k/unit) property. The hotel is situated on 1.3 acres at 20 Airport Blvd, on the west side of Hwy 101, north of I-380, north of San Francisco International Airport.
Built in 1987, the four-story property contains 84.3k sf of space. The hotel features a pool, laundry center, 24-hour reception desk, a free airport shuttle, a fitness center and more. It is close to the San Bruno Mountain State and County Park, and Oyster Point & Marina, in addition to numerous of restaurants and local businesses.
The property was sold by Cavalier California LP.
