Commonwealth Partners purchased a four-building, 719k sf office campus in Sunnyvale’s Moffett Park neighborhood in a deal valued said to be worth over $700 mil. The campus, fully leased to Meta, was sold by Tishman Speyer.

Tishman Speyer acquired the asset, situated along Crossman Dr, in the first half of 2021 for $356 mil. The company then leased the entire property to Meta seven months later.
The Sunnyvale campus features an array of modern amenities, including a gym with basketball court, lockers, showers, outdoor volleyball court, executive briefing center, a full-service cafeteria, multiple kitchens, break centers, phone rooms and other common areas. The property includes two parking structures.
Kevin Shannon, Steven Golubchik, Phil Mahoney, Jonathan Schaefler and Darren Hollak with Newmark represented Tishman Speyer in the sale. For CommonWealth Partners, this buy boosts their portfolio in the Moffett Park/Sunnyvale market to around 1.25 msf.
