Only in Sausalito Buys in Sausalito

4/28/16

Only in Sausalito LLC has acquired an historic, 9k sf building in downtown Sausalito for just over $4 mil ($444/sf). The two-story building, located at 676-686 Bridgeway, just off the edge of the Richardson Bay, was sold by The Demoss Family Trust.

Only in Sausalito is a local clothing business that also operates several stores in neighboring San Francisco. They plan to renovate the property and will then occupy a majority of the space.

676-686 Bridgeway is situated in an irreplaceable location in the heart of Sausalito, a national and international tourist destination. The property boasts strong pedestrian traffic, is a short walk to the Sausalito Ferry Terminal and is zoned for mixed-use. Bridgeway is the main roadway of Sausalito, running parallel to the water through the city and offering incredible bay views.

Cameron Baird, Dan Wald and Eric Kathrein of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller. Brian Foster, also with C&W, repped the buyer.
