Tintri Inks Expansion/Renewal Lease at Mountain View Biz Park

Tintri Inc signed an expansion/renewal deal for a total of 60.5k sf of space in two buildings at Mountain View Research Park in Mountain View. The company is a leading producer of VM-aware storage (VAS) for virtualization and cloud environments.

Tintri is increasing its space at the complex from its existing 29.4k sf at 201 Ravendale Drive with an additional 31.1k sf stand-alone building at 205 Ravendale Drive. Tintri moved to the park in 2013 as part of a local expansion.

Owned by Boston Properties, the Mountain View Research Park is a 16–building R&D/office project totaling approximately 600k sf located at a prime nexus in Silicon Valley. The project provides immediate access to Central Expressway, U.S. Highway 101 and California Highways 237 and 85 as well as convenient access to downtown Mountain View, Caltrain and VTA Light Rail.

Steve Horton, Colin Feichtmeir and Kelly Yoder with Cushman & Wakefield’s San Jose office represented the landlord in the transaction.
