Three multi-tenant, single-story R&D buildings totaling 147k sf located in North San Jose were sold by a single seller in two separate transactions with different buyers.
In one of the deals, Dollinger Properties purchased two buildings located at 2191-2199 Zanker Rd (46.3k sf) and 150-180 Charcot Ave (41.9k sf). Both buildings were constructed in 1979 and are fully leased to multiple tenants such as Underwriters Laboratories and Minicomputer Exchange.
The second transaction consisted of the purchase of a 58.8k sf building at 105 East Tasman Dr / 161 Baypointe Pkwy by Jenab and Lindsey Family Trusts. Constructed in 1998 the building is fully leased to two tenants, RF Micro Devices and Chart Industries Inc. (formerly Cryotech International).
Eric Fox, Robert Gilley and Steve Hermann of Cassidy Turley represented the unnamed seller in each of the dispositions.
