Premier Business Centers, the national executive suites operator, has added a new location in Silicon Valley. The Irvine-based firm has inked a deal for 15.2k sf of space on the second floor at Silicon Valley Center, located at 2570 N. First St in San Jose. The San Jose location represents a new market for the firm. Located near San Jose International Airport, the space will consist of 58 offices, two conference rooms, a kitchen and a reception area.
This is Premier’s 16th new location in the past 23 months, but its first location in Santa Clara County. Premier Business Centers has offered first class shared business space and services for almost nine years. The company’s executive suites provide a "one-stop-shop" with office space, equipment, services and support – putting many of a business’ services in one monthly bill, allowing them to be more productive.
The firm’s center is fully operational and offers one- to four-person turn-key office spaces that start at 105 sf and grow from there. Companies renting full service office space can share the use of a receptionist, mailroom, conference rooms, copy center, lobby and kitchen. Clients also have access to a 2.7k sf gym with shower and locker facilities located in the building.
