Candle Chase Apartments, a 116-unit multifamily community in Fort Worth, TX, was acquired by Delara Chase, LLC. The price was not disclosed.
Built in 1969, the rebranded Delara Chase Apartments is located at 6822 S. Hulen St, just minutes from downtown Fort Worth. The immediate area features abundant nearby dining, retail and entertainment.
The community will be completely renovated with the addition of a new clubhouse. The one-, two- and three-bedroom units will be upgraded with private patios, all new interiors, energy efficient appliances, lighting, granite countertops and more.
Doug Banerjee and Sterling Warren of Greysteel represented the seller, Epic Capital Partners, in the transaction. According to Banerjee, the buyer secured a construction loan and negotiated tax credits as part of the deal.
