A portfolio of three seniors housing communities totaling 344 units in Eugene and Springfield, OR was refinanced with a new loan for $40 mil. The properties are owned by a local operator.

The portfolio consists of Evergreen Senior Living, Timber Pointe and Woodside Senior Living, which together offer 43 independent living, 245 assisted living and 56 memory care units. All of the properties were built between 1996 and 2006 and were all fully renovated in 2021. Amenities include on-site dining, complimentary transportation, tv lounges, libraries, beauty salons and barber shops, game rooms, movie or theatre rooms, billiards lounge and more.
Evergreen Senior Living is located at 3670 N. Clarey St in Eugene between the Randy Pape Beltline and State Highway 99, northwest of downtown Eugene. Timber Pointe and Woodside Senior Living are adjacent to each other at 4865 and 4851 Main St in Springfield.
Alanna Ellis and Alex Sheaffer with JLL Seniors Housing Capital Markets team arranged the three-year, floating-rate regional bank financing. Proceeds were used to acquire the three properties.
