Victoria Farms, a to-be-built 305-pad mobile home park (MHP) community in Lake Havasu City, is closer to completion as the project’s developer has secured a new $13 mil construction loan for the development. Lake Havasu City, located about 150 miles south of Las Vegas in northwest Arizona, is considered a popular resort and retirement destination.
The loan covers the soft costs and tenant improvement construction budgets for the property, including building of a resort-style pool, clubhouse, dog walks, pickleball courts, game rooms, walking trails, and other amenities.
Gantry’s Tony Kaufmann and Andrew Ferguson secured the loan on behalf of the borrower, a private real estate entity. The fixed rate bridge loan was funded through a life company lender and is fixed for three years.
