A 22-acre residential development site in San Tan Valley, AZ sold for $1.72 mil. The property is located at the southeast corner of Schnepf Rd and Hash Knife Draw Rd.
The buyer was BC Invest LLC, an investor and residential developer. The firm is working on several residential land development projects in the area and has purchased the property for future development.
Brian Rosella and Joseph Calistri with Kidder Mathews represented the sellers, private investors, Mike and Lauren Farrell, in the deal.
