Construction on Citrino, a 47-unit, solar-powered multifamily community located at 6916 Fulton St in San Diego’s Linda Vista neighborhood, is nearing completion. The new community replaces 1940’s-era World War II housing, and continues the ongoing renaissance of Linda Vista, largely constructed to house aircraft workers for the war effort.
Citrino is comprised of studio, one- and two-bedroom homes ranging from 470 sf to 941 sf in size. With a focus on sustainability, the community is solar-powered and has two EV charging stations with the capability to build more as needed.
Outfitted with contemporary designer finishes and state-of-the-art amenities, Citrino's apartment homes feature open floorplans with oversized windows to allow for ample natural light. Kitchens are equipped with modern stainless-steel appliances and quartz countertops, and each home has a full-size stackable washer and dryer. Other highlights for each unit include a private patio or balcony, recessed lighting throughout and central air and heat.
Featuring a community clubhouse, kitchen and courtyard, Citrino is pet friendly and centrally located near Mission Valley, downtown San Diego, area beaches and Balboa Park.
Owned by 6916 Fulton St. LLC, the project is now under management by San Diego-based Sunrise Management – with pre-leasing underway.
