MG Properties Group Buys Two Sacramento Multifamily Properties

MG Properties Group is further expanding its Sacramento presence with the acquisition of Eleanor and H16 Midtown Apartments, two multifamily communities totaling 190 units. The price was not given out.

The two newly combined communities are situated along the 16th street corridor in the city’s Midtown submarket. H16 is located at 731 16th St, while Eleanor is located at 501 16th St. Each of the properties contains 95 units and boasts an attractive contemporary design where residents benefit from a robust set of common area amenities. Both properties offer easy access to a variety of walkable dining and entertainment options.

The sellers for both properties were The Grupe Company, SKK Developments and Guardian Capital, who were repped in the deals by Marc Ross and Hasina Ahmadi of CBRE. Financing for the transaction was led by CBRE Capital Markets’ Andrew Behrens, Jesse Weber, and Stephen Baird.
