A brand new, 126-unit Class A apartment community in Longmont (Boulder), CO sold for $50 mil ($396.8k/unit) in a recent sale. The buyer, Cantamar Apartments Associates LLC, plans to rename the community as Alpine Prairie Village.
Located at 2205 Alpine St, just off Hwy 66 and Main St, Alpine Prairie Village consists of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. All apartment units feature quartz countertops, multiple closets, and modern lighting. The community provides numerous amenities and entertainment designed for work, play, and connectivity, including wide-open spaces, a game lounge with private seating and shuffleboard, cornhole, ladder golf, a fitness center, outdoor bar & grill, hot tub, a pet spa, and more. The property also features co-working space with private offices.
