Sandpiper Apartments, a 16-unit multifamily building in San Diego, sold for $5 mil, or $312.5k/unit. Located at 715 Cohasset Ct, west of Seaworld in Mission Bay, Sandpiper is one of the largest multifamily properties that is not a condo project in Mission Beach.
Peter Scepanovic and Corey McHenry of Colliers International represented the buyer, Sandpiper Apartments San Diego LP. Adam Cairo and Seth Watje of South Coast Commercial repped the sellers, Harvey and Karen Stewart.
“Mission Beach is a vibrant area with long-term growth potential for investors,” said Scepanovic. “With sixteen units located nearly adjacent to the beach, the Sandpiper Apartments are a strong investment that will yield results for years to come for the new ownership.”
