Blue Oak, a new luxury apartment and townhome community in Paso Robles, will officially open to the public this week. The project, a development of MBK Rental Living, is located at 710 Experimental Station Road.
The community consists of 85 flats and 56 townhomes with bright open living spaces and an extensive indoor and outdoor amenity collection. Blue Oak offers two- and three-story residences with expansive nine-foot ceilings, open-concept living areas, and attached garages with direct access (in select units). The project offers eight floor plan options ranging from 765 sf to 1.5k sf, with one to three bedrooms and one to three bathrooms.
Interior amenities are plentiful and include stainless-steel appliance package, covered patios, granite countertops, wood-style flooring, contemporary lighting, modern custom-wood cabinetry, and gourmet kitchens with prep islands in select units. Residents will enjoy the latest in energy efficiency and technology with GE washers & dryers, tankless water heaters, USB charging outlet in kitchens, and smart-enabled thermostats.
Architecture and landscape design of the community follows in the style of contemporary agrarian agriculture, designed by San Luis Obispo-based Arris Studio Architects and Firma Consultants, and will connect residents to open spaces and nature. Blue Oak boasts remarkable community amenities
including a clubhouse with Wi-Fi in common areas, outdoor spaces with seating and open lawn areas with barbeques, resort-style pool and spa, fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, resident garden, playground, and professional on-site management.
Units at Blue Oak will rent from $1,700 to $2,700 per month.
