A 4.42-acre residential development land parcel in Eninitas traded hands. The property, located at 710 Requeza St, was purchased by Requeza 13 LP.
710 Requeza St is entitled for the development of 13 single-family residential lots. Plans for the site call for four-five bedroom homes ranging from 2.5k sf to 4.5k sf in size.
Ciara Trujillo, Gunder Creager, David Santistevan, and Erin McKinley of Colliers International San Diego Region’s Land Advisory Team represented the seller, Tayama Greenhouses Inc. The buyer was self-represented.
“Acquiring 710 Requeza Street was a rare opportunity to purchase a fully entitled residential parcel in the City of Encinitas,” said Trujillo. “The planned new community of high-quality homes will complement the surrounding neighborhood and deliver needed housing in the area.”
