Billboard Lofts, a 24-unit luxury multifamily property in downtown San Diego’s vibrant Little Italy neighborhood, sold for $8.575 mil, or $357k/unit. Billboard Lofts was designed, built and sold by the award-winning Sebastian Mariscal Studio.
The property, built in 2003, offers unique one- and two-bedroom loft-style homes. Unit amenities include aluminum-finished cabinets, stainless-steel appliances, impressive city views, in home washer/dryer, and laminate flooring. The community’s residents enjoy a prime walkable location in the active Little Italy neighborhood in the heart of downtown San Diego.
The buyer was Rosemont LLC of San Diego. Tyler Sinks, Ed Rosen, John Chu, Kyle Pinkalla, and Erin Dammen of Berkadia represented the Boston-based seller in the transaction, which closed February 23rd of this year.
