A 1.67-acre residential land parcel in Encinitas traded hands in a $2.75 mil deal. The property, located at 858 Hymettus Ave, just two blocks east of Coast Highway, offers panoramic ocean views.
Ciara Trujillo of Colliers International represented the San Diego-based seller, The R. Colby and Claudine Trust. The BM Family Trust, out of San Diego, purchased the property with no outside representation. The buyer plans to develop four single family residences on the property.
“This property was privately owned for more than 40 years and is one of the last premier, well-located parcels west of I-5 in Encinitas,” said Trujillo, “We received tremendous interest with the property’s zoning for four single family home lot sizes around 14.5k sf each and stunning ocean views from all vantage points.”
