ALPLA, a world leader in plastic packaging and recycling, has leased the 141.5k sf Building A at Rockefeller Group’s Craig Road Logistics Center in North Las Vegas, NV. The Class A industrial facility is located at 4340 N. Nellis Blvd, the location of a former Walmart Supercenter, and will support ALPLA’s continued growth in the Las Vegas market.
Craig Road Logistics Center was designed to accommodate a wide range of industrial users and is one of the few facilities adjacent to Nellis Air Force Base suitable for plastics manufacturing, making it an ideal fit for ALPLA’s operations. Building A features modern specifications including 32-foot clear heights, ESFR sprinkler systems, LED warehouse lighting, 52’ x by 60’ column spacing, a 2,000-amp, 277/480V, three-phase electrical service, 18 dock-high doors, two grade-level doors, a shared 210-foot concrete truck court, and 151 auto parking spaces. The building currently includes approximately 2.5k sf of office space with separate office and shop restrooms.
Located in the heart of North Las Vegas’ industrial corridor, Craig Road Logistics Center offers immediate access to Interstate 15, the Las Vegas Beltway (CC-215), Harry Reid International Airport, and key regional distribution routes throughout the Southwest. The project also includes a 227.7k sf building with 36’ clear height, 176 auto-parking stalls, and 29 dock doors. This building is currently being marketed for lease and sale.
Jason Simon and Rob Lujan of JLL’s Las Vegas office represented Rockefeller Group on the lease. Daniel Wilkins, Lou Hall and Donna Alderson of Cushman and Wakefield represented ALPLA. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Lee & Sakahara Architects designed the Project and TWC Construction was general contractor. Rockefeller Group’s civil engineer was Taney Engineering.
