A newly completed 221.8k sf, Class A office property in Mountain View was financed with a loan for $147.5 mil. The Class A building, located at 750 Moffett, is fully leased to an investment-grade technology company.
Located near Moffett Park in Mountain View, 750 Moffett is a LEED Platinum-certified office building designed to meet the evolving needs of leading technology occupiers. The property is positioned within one of Silicon Valley's premier innovation corridors, offering access to a deep talent pool and a concentration of global technology companies.
CBRE's Debt & Structured Finance team, led by Mike Walker, Brad Zampa and Andy Gross, arranged the financing on behalf of Genesis Commercial Capital and JR-AMC. The non-recourse financing combined senior debt and Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy financing to refinance existing debt prior to loan maturity.
“The financing demonstrates continued capital availability for high-quality office assets with strong tenancy and long-term income characteristics, even as lenders maintain disciplined underwriting standards,” said Walker, executive vice president at CBRE.
According to CBRE Research, Silicon Valley's office fundamentals continued to improve in Q2 2026, marking a seventh consecutive quarter of occupancy gains and a decline in vacancy to 15.2%. Leasing activity reached 2.7 msf, the highest level since Q4 2024, while Mountain View/Los Altos emerged as one of the market's strongest-performing submarkets, supported by positive absorption and sustained tenant demand.
