Atlas Peakview, a recently completed 330-unit multifamily community in the Denver suburb of Centennial, has been refinanced with a new $81 mil short-term, first-mortgage loan provided by Mesa West Capital. The property, delivered in 2025, is owned by a joint venture between The Dinerstein Companies and PGIM.
Atlas Peakview, located at 7800 E Parkview Ave, offers a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, as well as a limited number of two- and three-bedroom townhomes. Interior features include stainless steel ENERGY STAR® appliances, white quartz countertops, luxury vinyl tile flooring, in-unit washers and dryers, spacious walk-in closets, frameless glass showers, and smart-lock entry systems.
Community amenities include a resort-style courtyard pool with a hot tub, an outdoor kitchen and grilling area, fireplace lounge, fitness center, media room, two-story co-working space, speakeasy lounge, top-floor sky lounge, bicycle storage and repair shop, and pet-wash station.
Atlas Peakview is located just off Interstate 25 within the Denver Tech Center/Southeast Corridor submarket, approximately 13 miles southeast of downtown Denver. Comprising 13.1 msf of office space, the business district is home to more than 1,000 companies employing more than 35,000 people, making it one of the largest employment centers in the Denver metropolitan area. Residents also have access to a wide range of nearby retail, dining, and entertainment options
“The property has experienced strong lease-up, quickly reaching 85% occupancy since opening in the second quarter of last year,” said Brian Hirsh, Head of Mesa West Capital’s Central Region. “Our financing will provide the sponsor with fresh runway as it continues to capitalize on robust demand from renters seeking high-quality, amenity-rich housing in a desirable Denver Tech Center location.”
The financing was arranged by Tom Melody, Paul House, and John Melody in the Houston office of Walker & Dunlop.
