Broadstone Seventh Street, a 258-unit multifamily community in north central Phoenix, was acquired by an unnamed global investor. It was sold by Alliance Residential.
Completed in 2024, Broadstone Seventh Street is located at 5727 N 7th St, west of Hwy 51 and just south of Bethany Home Rd. The community features a resident clubhouse with an upscale kitchen and billiards, a two-story fully equipped fitness center, and a resort-style pool and spa with private cabanas, an outdoor ramada and barbecue grills.
The property includes studio, one- and two-bedroom floorplans. All residences feature 9- and 10-foot ceilings in top-floor units, wood-style flooring, in-unit washer and dryer, quartz countertops, illuminated vanity mirrors, and SmartRent Home technology. Gourmet kitchens feature energy-efficient stainless-steel appliances, gas cooktops and an eat-in island or peninsula. Select units include desk nooks, mudroom entry and spacious wardrobe closets.
The property is less than three miles from the Camelback Corridor, one of Metro Phoenix’s leading office submarkets, and home to upscale shopping and dining including Biltmore Fashion Park.
CBRE’s Asher Gunter, Matt Pesch and Austin Groen represented the seller in the transaction. The price was not given out.
