Vintage Farms, a 15-acre community featuring 330 apartments in Murrieta, has been completed and is now open to the public. The project, located at 28749 Clinton Keith Rd, just east of I-215, is a development of MBK Rental Living.
Vintage Farms features a variety of open-concept floorplans, including studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 503 sf to 1.3k sf. Each home is finished with a modern design scheme that prioritizes natural light and offers upgraded appliances, wood-style flooring and private patios or balconies. Durable finishes including quartz countertops and luxury vinyl plank flooring are used to align with longer-term living patterns, reflecting broader shifts in the market.
Residents will enjoy a full range of amenities, including a resort-style pool, wading pool, game room, coworking pods, 24-hour fitness center, dog spa and park, and outdoor gathering areas. The community distributes these experiences throughout the site, creating multiple modes of living, from more social and active spaces to quieter, everyday environments.
“A lot of new communities are built around a single idea of how people should live: highly social, highly activated, always on,” said Ken McCarren, President of MBK Rental Living. “What we’re seeing instead is that residents want flexibility. They want access to great amenities, but they also want the ability to step back and have space. Vintage Farms was designed to give them both.”
Positioned within the hills of Murrieta, the community’s design approach and layout was guided by the natural landscape, maximizing open sky, preserving sightlines, and creating an open feel across the property. Buildings are arranged across a series of terraces, allowing the community to step with the land which expands views, improves light exposure, and reduces the sense of density throughout.
Vintage Farms also incorporates the company’s ‘With Our World’ sustainability program, blending conscious design with high performance to provide healthier, more comfortable living environments for residents. Elements include EV charging stations, energy-efficient LED lighting and Energy Star appliances, low or no VOC materials, bicycle racks, and a weekly recycling program.
Located in southwestern Riverside County, Murrietta offers residents access to an ideal blend of suburban comfort and regional connectivity. Consistently ranked among the safest cities in the state and nation, Murrieta is known for its charming neighborhoods, the highly regarded Murrieta Valley Unified School District, and an abundance of parks and outdoor recreation, including Glen Arbor Park, Tenaja Falls, and Santa Rosa Plateau Ecological Reserve. Residents enjoy convenient access to I-215 and I-15, enabling easy commutes to major employment hubs and other popular destinations such as Old Town Murrietta and the award-winning wineries in Temecula.
