The three properties are:
• Heritage Pointe Senior Community, 1950 Webberville Rd, 240 apartments, serving households earning 30-80% Area Median Income (AMI)
• Eagle’s Landing Family Community, 8000 Decker Lane, 240 apartments, serving households earning 60% AMI
• Village at Collinwood Senior Community, 1001 Collinwood West Dr., 174 apartments, serving households earning 60% AMI
Heritage Pointe previously included 47 market-rate units, which have been fully converted to affordable as part of the resyndication process, adding to the city’s affordable housing supply. These communities are now 100% affordable.
Originally built between 1997 and 2004, the properties now feature beautifully updated one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes, along with renovated and enhanced amenities designed to support comfort, connection, and quality of life for residents. HACA and April Housing completed significant renovations designed to improve the day-to-day resident experience across each property’s common spaces and complete home transformations in all residential units, including:
• Renovated kitchens and bathrooms, with new fixtures, energy-efficient appliances and lighting throughout.
• Replacing all hot water heaters and split systems with modern models, significantly reducing energy consumption.
• Modernized community spaces, including two updated playgrounds, pool, and gym facilities.
