Constellation Real Estate Partners is scheduled to break ground in July on Constellation Mills Road, a two-building, 422.5k sf spec industrial project located on 37 acres in northwest Houston. The project. Located at 8175–8225 Mills Rd, is planned for completion in Q2 2027.
Constellation Mills Road will offer one cross-dock building totaling 334,.4k sf and one front-loading building totaling 88k sf. It will feature 32 to 36-foot clear heights, 268 car parking spaces, 91 trailer spaces, and superior access to Beltway 8 and Hwy 249 and frontage along Mills Road, providing excellent access to the Houston MSA.
