Construction has begun on a two-building logistics park called Apex Ridge Logistics Park in North Las Vegas. The campus, planned to contain roughly 1.36 msf of space, is a development of EBS Realty and Penwood Real Estate Investment Management.
EBS is developing the entire park on spec. The buildings are flexibly designed to cater to a broad range of potential users, that may include e-commerce, manufacturing, and distribution.
The more than 90-acre, Class A industrial campus will encompass two buildings of 755.6k sf and 60.4k sf. The project is located within the Apex/North Las Vegas submarket, the growing epicenter of e-commerce/logistics within the southwest Nevada region. Its strategic location provides quick access to the I-15 freeway via Las Vegas Blvd. Corporate neighbors already include Smith’s-Kroger, Air Liquide, DHL, and Crocs.
North Las Vegas has captured the interest of developers for many reasons. The area benefits from proximity to a great labor pool supported by a business-friendly environment. For this reason, the city has gained from phenomenal growth and investment. Over the past ten years, the city has recruited companies to North Las Vegas that created more than 63,000 new jobs.
Apex Ridge, when completed, will provide a significant increase to EBS’ expanding list of successful industrial developments located across Southern Nevada. All told, EBS is currently delivering or advancing more than 2.6 msf of class A industrial space across eleven projects.
