The Housing Authority of Snohomish County (HASCO) acquired a 240-unit res community in the WA city of Lynnwood in a recent $77.5 mil ($323k/unit) transaction. The newly constructed property, Allegro Lynnwood, is located at 16525-16605 Ash Way in Lynnwood.
Allegro Lynnwood was delivered in two phases: Allegro Ash Creek in 2019 and Allegro at The Woods in 2025. The unit mix is comprised of studios, open one-bedrooms, traditional one-bedrooms and two-bedroom layouts, with an average unit size of 718 sf. Residents benefit from a robust amenity package including a resort-style outdoor pool and spa, a modern fitness center, a resident clubhouse with thoughtfully designed social and work-from-home spaces, a dog park, secure underground parking and lofted ceilings in select homes.
Strategically positioned at one of the region’s most pivotal transportation nodes, Allegro Lynnwood offers immediate access to I-5 and I-405 and is directly adjacent to the Ash Way Park & Ride, the future site of a Sound Transit light rail station. Residents enjoy proximity to shopping, dining and daily conveniences.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Byron Rosen, Tim McKay, Dan Chhan, Matt Kemper, Jacob Odegard, Dylan Roeter, David Karson and Chris Moyer represented both the seller, Integral NW, and procured the buyer in the deal.
