A 566.1k sf industrial building in Glendale, AZ has traded hands in a $90.6 mil ($160/sf) transaction. The property, located at 15784 West Hatcher Rd, within Virgin Industrial Park, was sold by a venture between IndiCap and Invesco Ltd.
The modern industrial facility is situated within the rapidly growing West Valley submarket, a region that continues to see strong demand driven by manufacturing, logistics, and infrastructure investment.
