A 45.7k sf, trophy office asset in the heart of Menlo Park traded hands in a recent $103.75 mil transaction. The property, located at 1540 El Camino Real, at Valparaiso Ave, fetched $2,270/sf. It was sold by Four Corners Properties (FCP).
