Valley Parkway Health Center, a 72k sf, Class A medical office building in Escondido, was acquired by Neighborhood Healthcare in a $36.4 mil ($505/sf) transaction. The property is located at 488 East Valley Pkwy, south of Washington Ave and west of Ash St.
Positioned along Valley Pkwy, the four-story multi-tenant facility offers convenient access to Interstate 15 and State Route 78. Building features include an ambulatory surgery center, an endoscopy center, an on-site pharmacy and cardiology lab services.
Lars Eisenhauer and Dan Henry with CBRE represented the seller. Chris Ross and Ben Schiesl of JLL repped the buyer in the deal.
