Cushman & Wakefield’s Matt Kemper, Tim McKay, Dan Chhan, Jacob Odegard, Dylan Roeter and Byron Rosen represented the seller, Open House Westwood, and procured the buyer, a local family office planning to continue the property’s value-add renovation program.
