Walton Lofts, a 136-unit luxury high-rise in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood was acquired by Berkshire Residential Investments in a deal worth around $56 mil, or $412k/unit. The property is located at 75 Vine St, just a block or so from the waterfront.

Originally built in 2015, Walton Lofts has studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. Amenities include a rooftop lounge with offers panoramic views of Elliott Bay, the Olympic Mountains, and downtown Seattle, a library and fitness center. The property is Green Globes™ Certified and was awarded the Washington Multifamily Housing Emerald Award for Development of the Year. It is also walkable to the newly redeveloped Seattle Waterfront and Pike Place Market.

Seattle’s multifamily market continues to demonstrate strong fundamentals, driven by a resurgence in downtown activity and return-to-office mandates from major employers. According to CBRE Research, Puget Sound asking rents grew slightly in Q3 2025 with 70% of the region’s submarkets experiencing year-over-year rent growth.
