A 436.4k sf, state-of-the-art newly constructed Class A distribution center in Fontana traded hands. It was sold by REDA and a commingled fund managed by Clarion Partners.
The building is leased long term to Cencora (formerly AmerisourceBergen Drug Corporation). It is located at 11119 Juniper Ave, east of I-15 and just south of I-10.
Patrick Nally, Makenna Peter, Evan Moran, Cody Clayton and Patrick Wood with JLL represented the seller in the transaction. Bruce Ganong, Peter Thompson and Taylor Gimian, also with JLL, arranged the financing on behalf of the buyer. JLL orchestrated the initial land sale to REDA and their capital partner, and also secured Cencora as the primary tenant.
