A joint venture between ViaWest Group and Barings has acquired Deer Valley Innovation Park, a 43.5-acre site at 2402 West Beardsley Rd in Phoenix. The buyer intends to redevelop the property into ReDiscover Logistics Park, a four-building, Class A industrial project totaling 808k sf of space.
The large parcel, located just off the interchange of I-17 and Loop 101 in North Phoenix, currently includes a 345k sf former call center building, which will be demolished to make way for the industrial park. ReDiscover will deliver flexible layouts, high-quality construction and ample truck and trailer parking, catering to a wide range of industrial users.
ReDiscover is scheduled for completion in February 2027. Its location offers quick access to the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing plant, is near the Deer Valley Airport, and is within 30 minutes of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
CBRE’s Cooper Fratt, John Werstler, Tanner Ferrandi and Connie Nelson represented the buyer and the seller in the transaction.
